Our commitment
Fulfillment Hub USA is committed to lawful, honest, and responsible business conduct across fulfillment, warehousing, transportation coordination, technology, sales, purchasing, and customer service. We seek to compete through service, value, reliability, and operational care, not improper influence, exploitation, deception, or misuse of information.
This page describes our ethical commitments and the conduct we expect. It is not a certification, an audit report, or a representation that every possible compliance procedure has been implemented. It does not guarantee that misconduct can never occur. Specific service responsibilities remain governed by applicable law and the relevant written agreements.
People and partners
We expect our directors, officers, employees, temporary workers, contractors, consultants, agents, and others acting on our behalf to act consistently with these principles. The same expectation informs our relationships with carriers, freight partners, staffing providers, technology providers, suppliers, and referral partners.
No commercial target, customer request, or instruction from a colleague justifies improper conduct. A third party must not be used to do something that would be prohibited if done directly. Where responsibilities are uncertain, clarification should come before a commitment, payment, or operational decision.
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
We prohibit offering, promising, authorizing, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a business or government decision. This applies to public-sector and private-sector dealings, whether the benefit is provided directly or through another person.
Our prohibition covers kickbacks, secret commissions, disguised referral fees, sham services, improper rebates, and benefits intended to obtain an unfair advantage. Gifts, travel, entertainment, employment opportunities, donations, or personal favors must not be used to disguise a bribe.
These standards apply to contract awards, supplier selection, permits, inspections, customs or freight release, claims, purchasing, inventory adjustments, credits, and refunds. We prohibit facilitation payments intended to improperly accelerate routine action. Personal safety comes first during an immediate threat; any resulting payment or incident should be documented and raised as soon as it is safe.
Gifts, hospitality and conflicts
Business hospitality should have a legitimate purpose and be lawful, modest, transparent, and free from an expectation of improper influence. Cash and cash-equivalent gifts are prohibited. A benefit is not acceptable merely because it is customary or offered through an intermediary.
We expect people acting for FHU to disclose personal, family, financial, or outside-business interests that could affect their judgment. Purchasing, hiring, referrals, and customer decisions should serve a legitimate business purpose rather than undisclosed personal gain. When a conflict is possible, the concern should be raised before participating in the decision.
Accurate records and responsible payments
Records should accurately describe the underlying transaction or activity. We prohibit false invoices, fictitious vendors, disguised payments, off-book accounts, misleading service descriptions, and alteration or destruction of records to conceal misconduct.
Payments, commissions, reimbursements, credits, and refunds should have a legitimate business purpose and appropriate supporting documentation. Unexplained payment instructions, requests to omit information, or pressure to bypass an approval should be questioned. Errors should be raised and corrected transparently, not hidden through another inaccurate entry.
Human rights and fair treatment
We are committed to respectful treatment, fair employment practices, and a safe working environment. We prohibit human trafficking, unlawful forced or child labor, discrimination, unlawful harassment, threats, abuse, and practices that improperly restrict a worker's freedom.
Our commitments include lawful wages, working hours, overtime and benefits, equal opportunity, reasonable accommodations where required, and respect for workers' lawful rights of association. We expect staffing providers and other business partners to uphold applicable labor and workplace-safety requirements.
Warehouse work calls for particular care around material handling, forklifts, protective equipment, emergency access, and incident reporting. Speed or production pressure should never justify unsafe behavior or disrespectful treatment of a colleague, contractor, driver, or visitor.
Privacy and responsible information use
We are committed to using personal and business information for legitimate purposes, limiting unnecessary collection, respecting confidentiality, and protecting information against inappropriate access or disclosure. Access and use should reflect job responsibilities and a genuine business need.
Customer records, shipment details, account information, and employee information must not be used for personal benefit or shared casually. Suspected misuse should be raised without circulating sensitive material more widely. Our Privacy Policy explains website and business information practices, available choices, and how to contact us about privacy.
Financial crime and prohibited transactions
We do not knowingly participate in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or shipments and transactions prohibited by applicable law. We expect truthful information about products, parties, destinations, ownership, payment arrangements, and the purpose of a transaction.
Unusual third-party payments, unexplained overpayments, refunds requested to unrelated accounts, and attempts to conceal shipment contents or counterparties deserve clarification. Business should not proceed on the assumption that another party has resolved a material concern. These commitments do not represent that every customer, supplier, or transaction undergoes continuous screening.
Questions and raising concerns
For general questions about these commitments or how to raise an ethics concern, email info@fulfillmenthubusa.com. Start with a brief, non-sensitive description and ask how information should be provided appropriately.
We are committed to non-retaliation for raising a concern in good faith or refusing to participate in suspected misconduct. Nothing on this page restricts lawful reporting to a regulator or other appropriate authority. Immediate safety emergencies should be directed to the appropriate emergency services.
