Questions about returns management
Where do my customers send returns?
To the FHU warehouse you choose: Miami, Los Angeles (Commerce), South San Francisco and Dover. Choosing the one nearest most of your customers keeps return shipping shorter.

It is logged against its order, inspected and graded against your rules, and photographed where you ask. Then it is restocked, quarantined or held for your decision, and the status goes back to your systems.
Can returned items go back into stock?
Yes. Items that pass your inspection rules go back into available inventory, so they can ship on the next order.
How much does returns processing cost?
Returns processing is priced in your proposal, based on volume and the inspection steps you choose. Your written proposal and service agreement confirm the term, any minimum charges and the rates for your volume.
