What to know about BigCommerce before you connect

Order statuses tell the warehouse what to ship
Awaiting Fulfillment means checkout is done and payment is confirmed. Shipped means the order has left. BigCommerce does not move statuses on its own as orders progress, so the connection has to update them.

BigCommerce can track inventory at more than one location. The storefront shows stock from the default location only, unless you choose to sum all locations.
