What to know about WooCommerce before you connect

The connection is a REST API key
You create it under WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API, with read and write permission. Each key belongs to a WordPress user, and your permalinks must not be set to Plain.

Processing means ready to ship
Processing orders are paid, with stock already reduced. Completed means fulfilled, and setting an order to Completed sends the email that carries tracking.

Check your stock settings
With stock management on, WooCommerce reduces counts as orders come in. Hold Stock keeps stock for unpaid orders for a set time, then cancels them.
