How event fulfillment works at FHU
Fulfillment Hub USA stores your merchandise, prepares event orders and ships them alongside your regular online orders, from its warehouses in Miami, Los Angeles (Commerce), South San Francisco and Dover. At its Miami headquarters it can also customize products before they ship. You agree the event deadline, the delivery address and what happens to leftover stock before anything is packed.

Can you ship merchandise to an event venue?
Yes. Event orders ship as cases or pallets to the address you give. You agree the deadline and how cartons are labeled before anything is packed.
Can you customize merchandise before it ships?
Yes, at our Miami headquarters. Tell us the product and what you need done, and your proposal confirms what can be customized and the price.
Can event stock and online orders share the same inventory?
Yes. Your merchandise is stored and counted once, and both event orders and online orders ship from it.
What happens to merchandise left over after an event?
It can come back to the warehouse and into storage, ready for online orders or your next event. Agree this in the event plan.
