Before you fill in the onboarding form
- Your product list with a SKU for each product
- Your shipping preferences
- The stores and systems you want connected
- Anything special about your products or packaging. There is a notes section on the form for it.
Before your inventory ships to us
- The SKUs and quantities that are coming
- How they are packed, in cartons or on pallets
- Lot or expiration details, if your products have them
- Which products share a barcode or are sold as bundles
Delivered inventory isn’t automatically ready to ship. It is received, counted and matched to your products first. Our guide to first order readiness explains each check.
