Reset a forgotten portal password

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?
2. Type your Email and click Send reset link.

   You see “If an account matches that email, reset instructions will be sent shortly.”

3. Open the email and click the link. Reset token is filled in for you.
4. Type your New password, at least 12 characters.
5. Click Update password.

   You go back to the sign-in screen, with no success message. Sign in with your new password.

The link expires quickly, so use it right away. If it has expired, ask for a new one. A reset signs you out on all your devices.
